I focus on life coaching – especially topics related to work, motivation, energy, and time management. Together with clients, we explore what brings them fulfillment and where their potential lies. Consulting

I offer consultations with a focus on supporting adolescents, youth development, and leisure or self-discovery activities. I also provide guidance in areas of prevention – particularly in reducing the risk of harmful or undesirable behavior. Consultations can be helpful for individuals, parents, or professionals seeking new perspectives or practical strategies.
